1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Huntin Cards website (huntincards.com) and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Listings

Huntin Cards sells sports cards and memorabilia including but not limited to NFL, MLB, and NBA trading cards, sealed hobby boxes, blaster boxes, individual packs, and signed memorabilia.

• All product descriptions, images, and condition grades are provided to the best of our ability and are accurate at time of listing.
• Card conditions are graded using standard industry terminology: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Very Good (VG), and Good (G).
• Graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC) will display their official grade in the listing.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time prior to purchase.
• Colors and appearance of cards may vary slightly from photos due to lighting or monitor settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of purchase is final.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Your card is charged at the time of checkout. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
• Huntin Cards does not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders.
• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Cards are shipped in penny sleeves and toploaders, wrapped in bubble mailers for protection.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Huntin Cards is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the carrier once the package has been picked up by USPS.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of sports cards, all sales are generally final. However, we do accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The item received is significantly different from the listing description or photos.
• The item arrives damaged due to our packaging error (not carrier damage).
• A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order details and photos.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

6. First-Time Buyer Promotion

Huntin Cards offers a complimentary $1.00 value card to first-time buyers, included with their first order. This promotion is subject to the following conditions:

• Limit one (1) free card per customer household.
• The free card will be selected at our discretion based on available inventory.
• The card will be included in the same shipment as your first order at no additional charge.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Huntin Cards reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time.

7. Buying Cards From Customers

Huntin Cards accepts inquiries from individuals wishing to sell their sports cards or collections. Submitting a contact form does not guarantee a purchase offer. Any offer made is at the sole discretion of Huntin Cards and is not binding until confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to decline any purchase offer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of Huntin Cards. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Sports league logos and team names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive/identification purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided "as is." Huntin Cards makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a particular purpose or investment value. Sports cards are collectibles; their market value may fluctuate and past performance is not indicative of future value.

10. Limitation of Liability

Huntin Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

Huntin Cards reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
